At Gorkha Athletics, we want you completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you received a wrong order shipment or there is a technical issue with your product, you may be eligible for an exchange. Our exchange policy is as follows:

Eligibility for Exchange

You may be eligible for an exchange if:

1. You received the wrong order shipment;
2. There is a technical issue with your product
3. The product size does not fit you.

Timeframe for Exchanges

Exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product. The time it takes for the exchange to be processed and shipped back to you may vary depending on the availability of the product and your location.

Exchange Procedure

1. Your name and contact information;
2. Order date;
3. Reason for requesting an exchange;
4. Preferred size or product (Please include your height and weight). 

Once we receive your request, we will proceed with the exchange. 

Exceptions to Exchange Policy

We cannot offer exchanges for the following situations:

1. Change of mind or preference;
2. Products that have been used or damaged by the customer;
3. Products that have been altered in any way by the customer.
